"For myself and my community, opening a Common Service Centre has been a transformative experience. In addition to achieving financial independence, my role as a Village Level Entrepreneur (VLE) enabled me to provide my community with government, non-government and digital services and it also gave the identity within the society. The CSC has been the centre of change, helping students with educational programs and facilitating farmers' access to online subsidies.
I've been able to bridge the digital divide and provide the general public with services like banking, healthcare, and insurance thanks to this program. The CSC model's training and support have been well worth the investment because they have helped me develop as an entrepreneur and a community change agent and also I would like to extend my thanks and gratitude to the team “Paraspara”, here team members are helping one another without any expectations.
